Where we deliver
We ship across India through registered domestic courier partners and/or India Post (Speed Post). We currently do not ship outside India.
Shipping charges
- Combos of 3 or more boxes: free delivery anywhere in India.
- Orders of 1 or 2 boxes: ₹49 delivery.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 0–7 working days of order and payment confirmation, or by the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery time depends on your location and courier or postal norms. Shree Kali guarantees to hand over your order to the courier or postal partner within the dispatch time above, but is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on 5 and 7 box combos, with no COD charge. The free box offer applies to online payment only. We confirm every COD order on WhatsApp before dispatch, and unconfirmed orders may be cancelled. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may lead to COD being disabled for that phone number or address.
Delivery address and updates
Orders are delivered to the address you enter at checkout, so please check your address and PIN code carefully. Order and shipping updates are sent to the email address and mobile number you provide.
